Dear sir/mam,
I would like to request for a copy of the Spot Report on Landslide Incident Resulting in Slight Physical Injuries and Damaged to Properties from Hungduan MPS, Ifugao Police Provincial Police Office as a suporting document/requirement of the victims in claiming benefit and assistance in relation to the said incident. Rest assured that this document will be use legally.
