Good day! My name is Angelica Maddawin and I am a PhD student at National Graduate Institute for Policy Studies (GRIPS), Japan. I am now working on my dissertation and would like to request for data on number of injuries or death from road accidents from public and private vehicles. Specifically, I would like request for the:

gender, age, location (includes complete address: barangay, municipal) of the injured or death across the country and type of vehicle (bus, car etc.)
