Paul 11:59 PM, Sep 30, 2021

The electric wiring is from PELCO 2. But I don't know what is their account number and name on one of those electric meters on our street so that PELCO 2 can immediatly auctioned my complaint.

They have also a back up house which is used where they collect water in a pump, showering and playing.

This is why I'm complain it to you is because I'm student and I need to focus on my lessons at home. But because of their noise behavior, I cannot focus very well, sleep well and more.

For almost 8 months since we rent a house on this street, I'm still cannot take their noise for long. So please, I need your action as soon as possible.

All the complete information and evidences are already sent via email and phone call.
