Request to File a Police Report

Requested from PNP by C. Cuarteros at 11:28 AM on Apr 10, 2023.
Purpose: To ease my anxiety

Tracking no: #PNP-042652079445

Cuarteros 11:28 AM, Apr 10, 2023

Good Day!

I recently lost my wallet 2 days ago at a mall and I want to file a police report about it since my wallet contains most of my IDs. I'm afraid an identity theft might happen if I don't report it sooner. No mall authorities have contacted me about my wallet so far which means no one turned in my wallet. It might have been stolen.
