You asked for Crime Rate Statistic in Municipality of Montalban, Rizal.
Response to Request
Your FOI request is approved. I enclose a copy of the information you requested on the crime statistics of Montalban, Rizal from the year 2015 to 2023.
However, we are unable to provide the information you have requested on the total number of active police law enforcement in the municipality of Montalban, Rizal because it falls in exception under section 4 (Exception - Access to information shall be denied when information falls under any of the exceptions enshrines in the Constitution, existing law or jurisprudence) of Freedom of information Manual.
Your right to request a review
If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Regional Director, PRO 4A. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
