Hi,
I would like to request a copy of PNP Circular No. 1 dated August 30, 2004, entitled “Rules and Regulations Covering the Sale/Importation, Manufacture, Possession of Bullet Proof Vest/Vestment”
I would also like information as to whether this Circular is still in effect in 2023.

Thank you for responding to my FOI request.
With this being said, I understand that circulars may not always stay in effect, which is why I requested information on whether the circular is still active.
Could you please clarify whether this circular is still in effect, or if other similar documents have overridden said circular?
