Good day. If ever the applicant still unable to reach the minimum height qualification under R.A. 11549 or the Height Equality Act, what is the new Height limit for those applying for Height Waiver?

Dear Rosemarie Layoso,

Greetings!

This pertains to your query on the new height limit for those applicant that is below the minimum height requirement provided in RA 11549  applying for height waiver. 

Please be informed that the determination of height limit relative to granting of height waiver to cultural minority/indigenous people is determine by the NAPOLCOM En Banc. Further, be informed that the NAPOLCOM is still to await the promulgation of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of RA 11549 operationalizing the manner by which said height waiver is to be granted.
