Hi! I would like to request help regarding a scam case that happened through an online negotiation. I tried to order a Keyboard case worth 3000 pesos through a self-proclaimed seller on a Facebook group. I have already called "Paymaya Customer Service" to ask for a refund. I was told that l would need a court order for them to investigate my concern.
