I write to request records maintained by the Philippine National Police in relation to crime rate datas from 2016 to 2020. I would thus like to request your kind assistance for me to be able to secure the data below in spreadsheet format:

1) Crime Rate per province from January 1, 2016 to December 31, 2020;
2) Breakdown of crime in provinces per type of crime from the same period;
3) Ratio of Solved to Unsolved Cases divided per province
