Good day!

I would like to request for data on personnel found positive in illegal drug use and involved in drug-related cases (2010-present) with the following information:

- regional breakdown
- number of personnel who were found positive in illegal drug use
- number of personnel who were involved drug-related cases
- different penalties meted and status (suspended, demoted, dismissed from the service, dismissed cases, exonerated, etc.)

Good Day

Thank you for your request dated February 1, 2021 under
Executive Order No. 2 (s.2016) on Freedom of Information
in the Executive Branch.

You asked data for Personnel found positive in illegal drug use and involved in drug related cases.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we are unable to provide you the information you have requested because the data you requested is in the List of Detailed Exceptions to Right to Access Information found under Annex "K" Letter "B" page 164  of the 2018 PNP People's FOI Manual. The reasons why we don’t have the information is found in the Annex "K" and attached to this letter.
