Dear BGEN NEIL ALINSANGAN, I have received a notification that you have Extended the time to process my FOI Request and you stated the reason for the delay is "the date is being collected briefly"

What exactly does that mean "collected briefly" as that is not English and makes no sense?

What is the reason for the delay, as my Request is only for the "Signed and Dated Received" copy of what was presented to PLTCOL EDWIN VERZON on August 16, 2022, at Dipolog Police Station, and I have even attached a copy here?

This signed and dated (by PLTCOL VERZON) copy is evidence in a criminal matter, and the delay is obstructing justice.

Mountney 12:01 AM, Nov 12, 2022

I will reiterate; Chief of Dipolog Police Station, EDWIN VERZON was furnished with an Affidavit on August 8, 2022 (Attached). I want EDWIN VERZON to sign and date (August 8, 2022) "RECEIVED" and send to me the copy signed and dated "RECEIVED" by him.

Mountney 12:30 AM, Nov 12, 2022

I note that after disclosing in the Affidavit the location where evidence of my Attempted Murder could be found (and I repeat again as PNP ARE NOT LISTENING, there WAS NO RECORD MADE IN AN OFFICIAL BLOTTER BOOK in 2008, so kindly stop talking about Blotter Books to distract attention.

The Investigator in 2008 REFUSED to allow an Entry in an Official Blotter Book, but there was an Entry made in the Blue and White Record Books that are located on the shelf on the desk as you enter the Station, apparently called Desk Sergeants Log).

EDWIN VERZON stated no such books exist which is factually incorrect, and concealed these books on August 8, 2022, and exerted no effort at all to present the Books as Requested or even look where he was told they could be found.

In fact, three days later I took photos (attached) of the particular books we were searching for, located exactly where VERZON was told they were located, but they were post-2017, and we were told pre-2017 books were recently relocated.

Coincidence?

Where are the Pre-2017 books MR VERZON that we Requested in person to see, that were allegedly "Recently relocated" as not one book we asked to see was shown to us. Have they recently been relocated to the rubbish bin, which would be contrary to RA9470

Mountney 05:12 PM, Nov 13, 2022

I will reiterate; Chief of Dipolog Police Station, EDWIN VERZON was furnished with an Affidavit on August 8, 2022 (Attached). I want EDWIN VERZON to sign and date (August 8, 2022) "RECEIVED" and send to me the copy signed and dated "RECEIVED" by him.
