Hi i would like to report about the unauthorized transaction on my Gcash account last December 10,2023, which my ggives loan was used in paying to a tiktok shop. I was shock to recieved an email telling that i was approved for the ggives worth 16,900k loan which i didnt do..so i send ticket to gcash and they said that the purchased was valid because theres an otp yes theres an otp i recieved but i ignore it coz iam not using gcash that time..so i asked them about the detail of loan but they never disclosed any information to me and they also said that the purchased was made with other device.
