Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the police report or the information you have requested because said police report are given to the person who file personally a report or complaint where the incident happen. However, you may wish to contact Investigation Section of Bulacan Police Provincial Office  at 0905-333-3319/(044)-791-0566.
