Hi! I would like to make a request for a refund of my father's police clearance payment which was done thru GCash. There was just a wrong input on his personal details specific to his birth year and it can't be edited. The only way to correct it is to do another application and payment. Hopefully, this would merit a good response

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we are unable to provide you the information you have requested because your concern does not belong within the scope of FOI, this may fall to PNP frontline services which is being catered by Police Stations. Hence, you may opt to visit the Police Station where you applied for your Police Clearance.
