Hi. I would like to request for the said document,  PNPM-DO-D-0-2-13-21 (Revised Philippine National Police Operational Procedures), because I will be using it in my thesis entitled VIDEO-RECORDED POLICING vs. PRIVACY RIGHTS: AN ANALYSIS OF THE LEGAL EFFECTS OF THE USE OF BODY WORN CAMERAS ON PRIVACY. I am a law student from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines and my study is about the sufficiency of the rules on the use of body-worn camera in safeguarding privacy rights. Thank you.

Please be informed that the PNP Operational Procedures Manual Revised September 2021 (latest) can be accessed through the websites/web pages of some Police Regional Offices (PROs) and other PNP Offices/Units. You may type the keyword "PNP Operational Procedures Revised 2021" in your search engine (Google, Yahoo, or Bing, etc.) to access the said manual revised on September 2021.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to <pnpdo.adm1n@gmail.com>.
