Hacking of Gcash Account via Call under GLoan

Purpose: To file a complaint against Gcash and to get my money back and stop the GLoan that is ongoing

This 09457121056 (Ryan V. Cruz) called my number and told me that this Dave Perez has been trying to do transactions with my gcash account. They told me that they will help me to cancel all those transactions. Then they put me on hold to process every cancellation. Every after each cancellation, I receive texts from Gcash SMS about these cancels then suddenly I received a notification that there is GLoan transaction and an amount of 21930 has been transferred to a shopeepay that is not my account too. He told me to wait for Gcash update and ended the call. I didn't give him my MPIN or OTP.
