Hi! I’m requesting for a refund of the fee I paid in my police clearance application. I needed it as a substitute to a government issued ID but when I went to the police station, they told me that I need an ID first or a student ID with registration form to push through in the process. After considering the time needed for the said requirements, I concluded that I won’t be needing the police clearance anymore.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not process the National Police Clearance, but your transactions on securing police clearance was processed through the Investigation Division of higher headquarters . However, you may wish to contact Directorate for Investigation and Detection Management at their website https://didm.pnp.gov.ph/

Your right to request a review
