Your request Records of deployed personnel at the Provincial Headquarters and the National Headquarters Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance, under Executive Order No. 02, FOI covers only Filipino Citizens. The rule is, when the information is requested by a foreign national, the information is being checked whether it is for public or otherwise. If it is for public consumption, then it will be released to the requesting party. However, when the information affects the national interest or policy or if it is under classified information, then the request will be denied.
