Hello I would like to request a refund for my Police Clearance because I accidentally paid for it again, I was supposed to get my NBI clearance but I was on the Police Clearance website. Thank you for your time and understanding. If you can check my record you can see that I paid two times for Police Clearance

Dear Ms. Mendoza,

Good Day!

Thank you for your request dated September 11, 2023 under
Executive Order No. 2 (s.2016) on Freedom of Information
in the Executive Branch.

You asked for Request a refund for my Police Clearance.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we are unable to provide you the information you have requested because your concern does not belong within the scope of FOI, this may fall to PNP frontline services which being catered by Police Stations. Hence, you may contact the Police station where you applied for your police clearance and request them for refund.
