Hi Sir / Mam,

Good Day!

I hope this message finds you well.

The sole purpose of this particular information i requested from your good office is for Academic Discussion. As I have mentioned earlier, this data would be use as a reference to my presentation on our subject in Master in Public Administration under MPA 311 Seminar in Trends and Issues Subject. You may verify the veracity of my request through our registrar's office and verify my name too.

I was assigned to shed light and discuss with the EFFECTS OF CYBER CRIME to our beloved country. As such, those data would be vital for me in order for our class to understand the magnitude of the Cyber Crime and how prevalent the Cyber Crime in our country.

I just need those numerical figures and if your good office allows it, i would ask which region e.g. NCR, Region 1 etc, has many cases were filed.

Thank you.

Respectfully yours,

Good Morning!

As per explained to your good office, the data i am asking for is for report / presentation of our subject matter related to our Master Degree.

As such, i cannot provide you a letter you're asking to me because it just involve a single block section which is MPA - 2A.

I gave you all the necessary details and pivotal information which regard to this aforementioned request. If you can direct to our Graduate School Registrar's Office for this to verify the veracity of this claim, please do not hesitate to approach them.

I do not have any single authorization letter coming from them because it's only my own initiative to approach your good office to that this data for ACADEMIC PURPOSES only and not representing our GRADUATE SCHOOL OFFICE.

Thank you.
