Hi! I would like to request for a financial assistance for my younger brother, a Police Officer PEMS Arnold S. Fulay who was diagnosed of Papillary Urothelial Carcinoma, Invasive, High Grade. He undergone 2 operation already and had 12 cycles of intravesical chemotherapy. He was advised by a Urologist and surgeon to have a bladder removal. Now he is unable to continue treatment because he  was financially drained and has no one to turn to since we are not rich family. Until i found this, we are only 3 siblings and im the oldest, helping him all through out his journey as he battle and wrestle.

Mapagpalang araw po,
        Inilalapit ko po ang aking kapatid na isang Police Officer na diagnosed po ng bladder cancer last August 1, 2022. Dalawang beses na po syang naoperahan at maraming beses na din po siyang nag chemo-therapy. Sa ngayon po ay financially drain at exhausted na po kami sa pakikibaka sa kanyang gamotan. Meron po syang dalawang anak na pinapaaral, isang kolehiyo at isang high school. Siya lang po ang inaasahan at sa kanyang pagkakasakit ay sobrang nakakapagpahirap po eto sa kanya at sa buong pamilya. Kami po ay nagsusumamo ng financial assistance po para kahit po paano ay matulungan po siya. Tatlo lang po kaming magkakapatid at ako po yung panganay kaya po sa lahat ng pagkakataon ay kasama ko po sya sa pakikipaglaban sa kanyang sakit. Kalakip po ng liham na eto ang mga dokumento na nagpapatunay po ng kanyang totoong kalagayan. Lubos po ang aming pasasalamat sa tulong na inyo pong maibibigay. Pagpalain po kayo ng PANGINOON.
