I write to request records maintained by the Philippine National Police in relation to crime rate datas from 2015. I would thus like to request your kind assistance for me to be able to secure the data below in spreadsheet format.

1) Crime Rate per province from January 1, 2015 to December 31, 2015;
2) Breakdown of crime in provinces per type of crime from the same period;
3) Ratio of Solved to Unsolved Cases divided per province
