Thank you for your request dated Oct 27, 2023 11:51:33 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You asked for OPLAN E-VISA APPLICATION.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, said Oplan visa is a front-line service, and it can be easily requested by the concern person to the Police Station's where he/she resides with proper procedures to follow.
