As per the office concerned please be informed that since the assumption of personnel of the said office, no such email in rpiopro9@gmail.com were encountered. As per checking, the inbox of the official email has already exceeded its limit several times. As much as this Office would like to help the requesting party, the non-existence of such e-mail is very evident. This has been mentioned numerous times over the phone to the father of Ms. Kisha Marie Mountney.
BGEN ALINSANGAN,
1. You have stated in previous in FOI Request #PNP-720260933266 that your office destroyed public records in 2021; all emails in the inbox of rpiopro9@gmail.com; destroying evidence in a Criminal Case against a PNP Officer
2. The Director General of National Archives has issued a Certificate stating no Authorization has been given to PRO9 to destroy Public Records; any destruction without prior Authorization is a Criminal Offence
3. You have now denied my FOI Request for the name of the PNP Officer, concealing the name of the PNP Officer that has committed these crimes, obstructing justice
4. You had 15 days to deny this FOI Request, and have failed to follow FOI Rules
5. Again, no name of the Decision Maker in your Denial; You are all Criminals
