My name is Rushneil Reyes. I was scammed using my gcash account. I pay for 750 gcash to her for membership fee then 2500 for unfreeze my account to her bank apps. She said I need to pay the processing fee and membership fee before I got my loan in the apps to unfreeze my account. After I pay in their apps, I can't receive any reply from her. I can't reach there number..

i have 2 gcash references 3008314046319 and 3008313717529
receipt number : 09534184200 CH******N B.
Time and date : Feb. 22 2023 7:42am and 8:13am
im reported on gcash but it says i need to file a police report.help me
