To whom it may concern:

Hi, I would like to request a refund on my double payment upon paying my friend's police clearance. she was using my gcash account. 

1st payment: around 12:45nn I processed the payment through GCash, it was successfully deducted on my account but upon checking on her pnp account, the payment was not reflected and it says it was unpaid. i transact the payment using my mobile phone. 

2nd payment: so we tried again using my GCash again, it was successfully deducted and this time, it was reflected on her pnp account that it was already paid. I transact on pc.
