Hi, I would like to request information from Jan to July 2022 of:

1.	Actual Jail Population Data per month
2.	Operational Jurisdiction of Jails
3.	Index and Non-index Crimes
4.	Data on PDLs Escorted
5.	PDLs’ Age Bracket
6.	Number of Foreign PDLs
7.	Congestion Rate per month
8.	Data on PDLs with Drug Cases – by Classification
9.	No. of Commit and Release

If it is possible, we are requesting for the Data to be disaggregated to month and gender.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested because based on your list of data requested we noticed that it has not belonged to PNP. However, you may wish to contact the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology 5 at 09483182616 or resubmit your request addressed to the correct agency on the eFOI portal at https//www.bjmp.gov.ph.
