Hi I would like to ask if you can please reconsider the Birth Certificate requirement of my Mother for the transfer of pension.
There's a problem with her birth certificate her last name is not indicated on the document. We are unable to process and have it corrected because of this Pandemic. Her birth place is in Mindanao and we are residing in Pangasinan.
Please we really need the pension since I need to undergo a major surgery.
My father is retired policeman Medardo O. Soriano and he died last April 2017. Due to lack of finances we were not able to process the correction of my mom's birth

You asked for this Service to reconsider the Birth Certificate of your mother for the processing of Transfer of Monthly Pension wherein her last name was not indicated and was unable to process the correction of the same due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
In this regard, please be informed that this Office could not grant your request for the reconsideration of the Birth Certificate of your mother as it is one of the mandatory requirements in the processing of Transfer of Monthly Pension. However, once a corrected copy is submitted, it will be processed immediately.
