Hi, I would like to get a refund. I went to the police station to get a police clearance. Sadly I do not have a valid ID to get it. I can't get any valid ID in just a day anywhere here in Boracay. I cannot just ask for clearance without a valid ID.  I was told to get NBI clearance to receive remittance. But I can't get a clearance without a valid ID? So my payment for it is useless. I'm alone with my 1 year old baby here. I paid the only money I have left last week just for a clearance I can't get. Please refund that payment.
