Good day!

As a student in the field of law, I am currently conducting a study focused on the need to enact a law that shall penalize the escape of PUPCs.

I would greatly appreciate if you could provide me with the following data points for the period of June 2013 to June 2023:

- Total number of PUPCs held within Manila Police District during the specified period.
- Number of PUPCs who escaped during the specified period.
- Any available information on the circumstances or reasons behind each escape.
- Actions taken by your organization to prevent or respond to escape incidents.
