how to request for a cctv footage in PNP crime laboratory while doing specimen submission / at lobby to submit urine samples to be presented as evidence for defense. For incorrect arrest and anomaly
On march 11 2020 a group of people were brought to pnp crime lab in crame for drug testing/urine collection after a warrantless arrest for 5 persons
The ongoing criminal case was for (4) people only.One person has been completely removed from all the paperworks as "MALAKAS DAW ANG KAPIT SA ITAAS" but HE has been detained and included on the inquest procedures together with the 4 accused.
