Public Records have been deleted from the Pro9 website, contrary to RA 9470. All Archived public News Articles have recently been deleted prior to 29 March 2022.
I would like the name of the Philippine National Police Officer that has deleted these public Records
and
Where these Public Records have been stored as required under RA9470 after the recent deletion from the Pro9 website, pro9.pnp.gov.ph
Mountney 01:58 AM, Oct 08, 2022
Soon after a Criminal Charge was Filed against PSUP ROGELIO ALABATA of Pro9, Public Records (News Articles, Wanted Person Arrest Warrants etc.) were deleted from the Pro9 website, pro9.pnp.gov.ph.
All Public Records prior to March 29, 2022 have been removed from pro9.pnp.gov.ph and are required to be stored for thirty (30) years by law.
Where have these electronic documents been stored?
Who deleted them?
I would like a copy of a Public Document that has been deleted, and I believe it has been deleted intentionally to conceal a crime, which is another crime
PNP PBGN FRANCO SIMBORIO was the Director at the time

Could you kindly follow the law when dealing with my Request for FOI, as the law has not been followed in the past; Please ensure the Receiving Officer sends me a Stamped/Sealed Receipt confirming the Receipt of my Application, and puts their name on the Receipt, and informs me of who the responsible officer will be.
This also applies to the Decision maker; Please ensure your name is included as required by law, not FDM or FOI Officer. If you are unaware of the Laws they can be found in RA11032 - Section 9

NEIL B ALINSANGAN,
PNP REGIONAL DIRECTOR
FREEDOM OF INFORMATION DECISION MAKER
PRO9, ZAMBOANGA,
How long does it take to name the Officer that has removed Public Records (All news Articles prior to March 2022) from the PRO9 Website?
and provide the Authorization from the Director General of National Archives for this removal, and state where they have been Archived too?
Mountney 02:55 PM, Nov 03, 2022
Dear BGEN NEIL ALINSANGAN,
Please see confirmation from National Archives; PRO9 has not been given any authority or permission to delete of destroy the information I seek, being Public News Articles posted on pro9.pnp.gov.ph.
It is a Criminal Offence to destroy Public Documents and Records without the prior permission of Director General of National Archives, and in this case, there was no permission - hence, please provide what I have requested without further delay as the delay is Obstructing Justice, or provide the full name and rank of the Officer that has broken the law and destroyed Public Records illegally
Mountney 08:52 PM, Nov 03, 2022
Freedom of Information Decision Maker, PRO9, you are fully aware this Public Information is required in Court Monday morning in the Prosecution of a Criminal Case. If the information is not released prior, you have Obstructed Justice.
I have officially requested you give me (which is required to be given by law) a valid reason (which is required by law) for you extending the release of information by an additional 30 days, when you have already had 15 days, and in some Requests a lot more, and I have had no response.
