By the way, the ID that I submitted still has my maiden name because there is no option for national id where my last name is already updated.

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Oct 06, 2023 08:57:18 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You asked for Criminal Record Clearance.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide the information whenever possible, in this instance, please be informed that your concern does not belong within the scope of FOI, this may fall to PNP frontline services which are being catered by Police Stations. You may personally visit the nearest Police Station in the area.

Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response and should be made within 15 calendar days of receiving this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
