Hi! I would like to get a refund from my payment thru Gcash because I should have been taking the National Police Clearance instead of Local Police Clearance. I really need that money back because I may use it when I get to apply with National Police Clearance instead of Local. Thank you and I hope you will give me heads up or update with my request.
