Good day,
I would like to request for a refund of my police clearance because it was originally for employment because NBI Clearance takes much more time to process however my NBI Clearance was processed early and therefore would not need police clearance anymore. I already paid for it through gcash.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we are unable to provide you the information you have requested because your concern does not belong within the scope of FOI, this may fall to PNP frontline services which is being catered by Police Stations. Hence, you may opt to visit the Police Station where you applied for your Police Clearance.
