Hi. My Principal and client has pending case at Napolcom filed against PLTCOL KITT FLORA A D JOELYN FLORA docketed as SD Case No. R6-2023-0016 for Conduct Unbecoming of Police Officer and I would like to seek for copies of all the affidavits of no pending case submitted by:
1) KITT FLORA
2) JOELYN FLORA.

I would also like to confirm from their HR or 201 files whether it is true that they have long untarniahed records.

Lastly, this is to request for a copies of SALNs submitted by Kitt Flora and JOELYN Flora when they joined the ranks. Scanned copies will be fine.
