Good Day Sir/ Madam,

I would like to seek for your help. I loan for the said apps and unfortunately I have a problem in returning it to them. They contacted me thru text and phone calls. But when I said that I can't able to return it in full, I ask if I can have a partial payment. But they don't allow me. 

After a few days, all my family and friends on my contact list received a text message and alleged me as scammer. Some text are harassing and have death threats not only to me but for all in my contact list.
Hope you could help me on this.

Good day po sana po ay matulungan nyo po ako sa aking problema.masyado na po silang nanghaharass at may pagbabanta pa..sana ay makasuhan sila ng cyber libel at sa data privacy act po..may mga ginagamit na din silang tao tulad ng mga tulfo para manakot sinasabi pa nila na hindi sila mahuhuli dahil nagbibigay daw sila sa npc at nbi..sana po ay mabigyan po ng aksyon..alam ko po na may responsibilidad ako sa utang ko pero sana po ay sa maayos na paraan po..hindi na ko nakikipagusap saknila dahil sa iba na nga po sila makipagusap..mura at sigaw po agad ang binabanat nila..pati po sa trabaho ko e natwag na din po sila..sana po ay maaksyonan po agad..salamat po
