Hi! I would like to know is it illegal to lend money 20% per week interest?
Recently I’ve been into a situation where I borrowed money 100thousand pesos from a guy after a week I repaid the 100thousand pesos but the guy is asking additional 40% bcz of 8days.nd threatening me to file Estafa nd putting me in jail
