Online Bank CIMB Scam

Requested from PNP by B. Castillo at 07:20 PM on Jun 13, 2023.
Purpose: To give back access to my account and money
Date of Coverage: 05/29/2023 - 06/13/2023
Tracking no: #PNP-351968067004

Castillo 07:20 PM, Jun 13, 2023

Hello,

Good morning, I wanted to report online bank CIMB Philippines because they don't want to give my money back. I have an account that suddenly they froze due to an unauthorized transaction that they cannot resolve for a month already, now I have canceled that report since they cannot fix the issue and I requested to unfreeze my account so I can use my remaining money. They asked for a copy of my ID and selfies for verification which I submitted already now it is almost a month but they are still freezing my account and don't want to give my money back even with my authorization and IDs.
