Good day Maam/Sir

I would like to request on how to apply for E-Visa on line for a motorcycle. Because there is no available sticker yet to our precinct here in pamplona cagayan. I've asked for a sticker and yet they're saying that still no available. Police checkpoints always asked me for my oplan visa in the nearby town. But still i dont have.
