Good morning, 
I encountered a financial crime by a couple in Tagum city, they borrowed nearly 20,000 Php, agreed to pay in one month with interest rate. But on due date that couple absconded. Matter was brought up to concerned Barangays but here is no solution so far till 2+ months. The couple is roaming freely every where and not scared of legal obligations, penalties and punishments as per Philippines law.
Kindly take strict action for the compliance of credit agreement made between borrower and lender under borrower's responsibility overall.
