Good day Officer! I would like to request for a refund of my POLICE CLEARANCE PAYMENT from my gcash (JAINAB LUTIAN JULKIPLI) for my cousin (AHMADNUR S. SALAMUDDIN). As we went to the Jolo PS - SULU PPO this afternoon, we were told that the processing of police clearance in our town is currently unavailabe until Monday of next week because the personnel assigned in the biometrics is currently out of town. Unfortunately, my cousin need the clearance by friday. Since we can't get it, i will just refund my payment. Hoping for your kind consideration. Thanks you.
