Good day! I would like to ask for help to claim my COVID-19 financial assistance. I tested positive last June 19,2021 but until now I am still suffering from post-COVID syndrome. i am still experiencing shortness of breath and severe backpain and headache. Due to that I was not able to go to work. Please help me with this, I still need to consult to a specialist regarding my situation. I am hoping for your positive response. Thank you very much.
