This refers to the investigation being conducted by the Commission on Human Rights MIMAROPA Region particularly CHR Palawan Provincial Office relative to the case of a missing person, Jovelyn Galleno, 22 years old, graduating student and a resident of Purok Pulang Lupa, Barangay Sta. Lourdes, Puerto Princesa City, Palawan that transpired on August 5, 2022. In this regard, may we respectfully request for a certified true copy of Blotter Report, Spot Report, Progress/Status Report and other pertinent documents relative thereto.
