Actually i want to apply work permit of Canada,  They asked police report where i lived any other country more than 12 months. I studied my PhD in University of The Philippines Los Banos, Laguna from 29 January 2019 to 26 Jnuary 2023. So i need the Police report regarding i am not involved to any criminal or police case during the period of above.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. However, you may wish to contact Los Baños Municipal Police Station, Los Baños, Laguna, Philippines at <049-534-5634>. Relatively, you may opt to apply for a National Police Clearance rather than acquire a police report thru website https://pnpclearance.ph/ for online scheduling, however, the said clearance is an upfront service that may require you to appear personally.
