2. Distance between stations located in Makati
3. Average number of trains dispatched per day

I refer to my letter of Mar 07, 2023 08:13:09 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Railway Transportation Data.

We already have the data regarding your request, however, we will be needing for you to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) for the release of data. We have enclosed a draft NDA for your review and to fill-up the necessary information.
