Hi, I would like to request the following data:
•	Total number of ISFs to be relocated by DOTr in Oas, Albay.
•	DOTr relocation plan for informal settler families along PNR
•	Highest number of ISFs to be relocated in Bicol Region
•	Relocation Plan from segment/municipality and Region that takes more initiative among others, or is soon to be built.
•	South Long-Haul Relocation Plan
•	QuBEx Project Relocation Plan
•       Manila, Calamba, Batangas, Laguna and Rizal's Relocation Plan/ISFs number

Dear Rejie Remonte,

I refer to my letter of Nov 13, 2023 09:51:46 AM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for ISFs along PNR Properties Relocation Plan and Statistics in Bicol Region.

We can provide partial information on your request, however, the management required for the requestor to sign a Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before we provide the requested data. Attached is the copy of the draft NDA. 

Also, some information may be provided by the DOTr. Wth this, it is suggested that your direct your request to DOTr.

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Feb 14, 2024 02:22:27 AM, your request will be closed.
