Hi,

We are conducting research on the different regulations and guidelines for different modes of public transportation in the Philippines. We are requesting for the following items as they are not available on the PNR website:
1. Any laws, issuances, or documents pertaining to train safety standards and guidelines (with regard to design, operations, maintenance of facilities and vehicles, occupational safety)
2. We are requesting for PNR specifically but feel free to send general guidelines covering other rail lines (LRTA, MRT3)
