Hi! I am James Relativo from Philstar.com and would want to ask for the following information:

1) Number of operational trains (rolling stock) and coaches of the Philippine National Railways as of October 2019
2) The various types of railway vehicles currently being used
3) Design capacity and specifications of each train, including their manufacturers
4) Number of trains and PNR lines to be rehabilitated and currently under construction
