The Department of Transportation (DOTr) referred me to your department. I asked them if they have any record of requests from the Office of the Vice President about PNR's Bicol Express Project, mostly funded by China.  DOTr said they have none and suggested that I ask you; hence this request.

On October 29, 2018, Vice President Leni Robredo said that they were "not given clear updates on what to expect" from the PNR Bicol Express Project to be mostly funded by China.

I would like to ask how many times the Office of the Vice President requested information about the project from your office.
